Job DescriptionOur mission is to achieve revenue growth by designing and executing an industry‑specific Go To Market Strategy for the UAE. You will lead a sales team and align strategy across core UiPath GTM functions and partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Do- Operate in harmony with our values:
Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast. - Develop and execute a GTM strategy for the UAE to achieve a sustainable sales growth plan aligned with company objectives.
- Execute growth strategy by managing a direct sales team focused on Strategic Account Development to deliver transformational customer impact.
- Communicate and align strategy across the UiPath Ecosystem of GSIs, Focus Partners, Technology, and Academic alliances.
- Become the industry evangelist in the UAE and represent UiPath’s differentiated AI‑driven Automation thought leadership through industry events and PR opportunities.
- Create a culture of high performance, focusing on measurable talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun, and representing UiPath values.
- Remain at the leading edge of AI/Automation to provide thought leadership on customers’ mission‑critical business challenges.
- Lead monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors to track progress on priorities and targets.
- Establish reference accounts.
- Extensive experience building, managing, and coaching a high‑performing enterprise sales team and creating a winning culture.
- In‑depth knowledge of business in the UAE, allowing you to be the public face of UiPath within the industry.
- Ability to define and execute industry Go To Market strategy.
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive experience working in a value‑driven sales environment.
- Experience providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities; immersed, customer‑facing, and in a solution‑oriented capacity.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross‑functional audiences.
- The skill to build, manage, and nurture relationships at senior executive level, both internally and externally.
- Proven success in structuring and closing multi‑million‑dollar deals and willingness to travel.
- Experience of adopting rigorous sales methodologies ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Fluent English.
