Business Development Executive | New Sales | Arabic Speaker
Ventures ONSITE (), a product by Ventures Middle East, is a subscription based platform utilized as a business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed, on-going and future construction projects.
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to sell MEA Construction Projects Data Base to the construction industry and to meet and/or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned target.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development:
Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsites market presence. Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients and partners. - Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Use insights to guide business development strategies. - Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure support for business development efforts. - Reporting:
Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors. - Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Knowledge:
Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the construction and infrastructure sectors. - Technology:
Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools. Familiarity with project management and industry-specific software is advantageous.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results. - Analytical:
Capable of assessing data and market trends to make informed decisions. - Team Player:
Collaborative and effective in working with cross-functional teams.
