- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing is preferred for senior roles.
- Entry-level: 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Mid-level/Senior: 3-8+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, market research, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Understanding of the sales funnel, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Creativity and adaptability to market trends.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications for digital marketing professionals.
- Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling).
- Hub Spot or other CRM platform certifications.
- Fluency in English is typically required.
- Regional language skills are advantageous depending on the market.
