International Business Development Executive/Manager About the job Job Purpose / Role Overview

• To source the brokers using market intelligence and in-depth research to expand s agent network in assigned territory
• Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting products
• Ensures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support (Training, On boarding, coaching, etc) to achieve sales target
• Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources..
• Leverage Customer & Agent programs to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory
• Educate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize Agent portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent business
• Develops and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.
• Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines Reports daily activities during scouting & Sales trips in the assigned territories

• Shows concern for all aspects of the job and follows up on work outputs

• Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by HOD in a timely manner
• Ensure continuous stable operational support by conducting all tasks in an accurate and informed manner
• Co-ordinate with all managers to continually utilize the availability of Co

• Provide daily reporting and achievement progress to HOD
