About the RoleWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support the sales function across Amali’s ultra‑luxury portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring seamless sales operations, accurate documentation, and high standards of compliance, while enabling the sales team to deliver an exceptional client and broker experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in real estate sales administration, excellent coordination skills, and a disciplined approach to data, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end‑to‑end sales process by preparing and managing booking forms, reservation agreements, SPAs, and related sales documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers, brokers, legal, finance, and post‑sales teams to ensure smooth deal progression from booking to handover.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of leads, bookings, cancellations, and transactions within the CRM system.
- Ensure all client and broker documentation is complete, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and UAE real estate regulations.
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, pipeline trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Act as the primary point of coordination for brokers on documentation requirements, approvals, and process‑related queries.
- Support pricing approvals, payment plan confirmations, and offer documentation in line with approved matrices.
- Coordinate sales‑related communications, approvals, and follow‑ups to ensure timelines are met without compromise to quality.
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive client and commercial information.
- Provide administrative support during launches, events, and broker activations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a real estate sales administration role within the UAE market (developer or brokerage side preferred).
- Strong understanding of real estate sales documentation, booking processes, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Polished, brand‑conscious, and discreet, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
