Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify and initiate business with potential and existing fleet customers by presenting tailored fleet mobility solutions to B2B and B2G customers.
  • Promote the Al‑Futtaim Electric Mobility brand to achieve sales objectives while ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual corporate sales targets and develop a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue goals.
  • Plan and implement new go‑to‑market strategies in different sectors and emirates.
  • Pitch the Al‑Futtaim Electric Mobility proposition using a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts to secure annual purchase plans and provide ongoing support.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all key account related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deploy charging infrastructure and integrate partnerships.
  • Identify product and service improvements by following industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain business process standards, including accurate customer data capture at all points of sale.
  • Prepare fleet reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information.
  • Manage accounts receivable within company guidelines.
Required skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Automotive B2B (fleet) experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in commercial, B2B sales or major account sales dealing with government and corporate organisations in the UAE.
  • Strong fleet customer network and relationships across the UAE.
  • Proven experience with new‑energy vehicles and technical knowledge of charging solutions.
  • Experience with a consultative sales approach; experience with SaaS sales is advantageous.
  • Business development experience entering new sectors and products.
  • Good understanding of aftersales service and maintenance for B2B customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driver’s licence.
