We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team immediately. Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and close sales over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and customer support
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

• Freshers or candidates with prior telesales experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality
• Strong listening and persuasion skills
• Dedicated, disciplined, and willing to work in a target-driven environment
• Ability to join immediately
