Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and expand a strong B2B customer base within sectors such as construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, logistics, and government entities.
- Proactively identify and approach new customers through structured sales activities, including cold calling, site visits, client meetings, and market prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including preparing quotations, following up on tenders, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with Procurement Managers, HSE Managers, Operations Teams, and key decision-makers across client organizations, leveraging an existing network of contacts where possible.
- Achieve and consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with clear reporting on performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Provide consultative and technical sales support by recommending suitable PPE solutions in line with customer requirements, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
- Manage key accounts effectively by ensuring customer satisfaction, handling renewals, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and supporting after-sales requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, finance, and technical support) to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the UAE PPE market and provide feedback to management to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM systems.
We are hiring a high-performing B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in the UAE (PPE) and industrial safety market. This is a field-based sales role suited for driven professionals who can independently generate business, manage key accounts, and close deals.

Minimum 4 years of professional sales experience in the UAE is must.
