Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, perform data tasks, engage with existing customers, and ensure they are engaged with the Doctify platform.

About The Role We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will use your proven experience to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, data tasks, speaking to our existing customers, and ensuring they're engaged with the Doctify platform. This role sits within an exciting, energetic and hardworking team. You will be learning more about the product (front and back-end) and platforms we use internally, e.g. CRM and customer tools such as Salesforce.

You will be provided with training to be successful – just arrive with an appetite to learn!

You'll Be Responsible For
  • Offering a premium experience for our clients by thoroughly understanding their business goals and ensuring that Doctify meets them
  • Building relationships with your portfolio of clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our software and increased revenues
  • Conducting client meetings over the phone, virtually and in person
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs across our client base and internally
  • Conveying best practice examples that drive ROI and increased engagement
  • Developing strong relationships with internal teams to support your accounts
About You
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • 2-5 years' experience within account management, sales, or a similar field
  • You love tackling difficult challenges with a positive attitude and seek the best solution for the client
  • Commercial-focused mindset, while keeping the customer at the core of everything you do
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to the changing environment of a scale-up
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with phone, virtual and in-person engagement
