Requirements
Those qualified must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of sales/business development experience in the interiors fit-out industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong network of contacts within real estate, construction, and interior design sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
- UAE experience only.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
