Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and proactive Sales Executive – Export to drive international vehicle sales, expand market presence, and manage the complete export sales cycle. The role focuses on developing business across African, GCC, and global markets while ensuring excellent customer experience, strong client relationships, and effective coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in African, GCC, and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, referrals, online platforms, and professional networking.
- Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records with accurate and timely information.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and international buyers.
- Conduct virtual and onsite meetings to present vehicle availability, specifications, pricing, and offers.
- Provide timely updates on stock availability, new arrivals, promotions, and pricing changes.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term client retention.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, procurement, yard operations, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Certificate of Origin (COO), Form M, Bill of Lading, and related shipping documents.
- Monitor shipment schedules, vessel bookings, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate shipment status, delays, and delivery updates clearly to customers.
- Stay updated on global automotive demand, pricing trends, competitor activities, and UAE vehicle stock availability.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to the Sales Manager on pricing strategies, product mix, and high-demand models.
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives aligned with market trends and customer demand.
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); additional languages such as French or Swahili are an advantage.
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in automotive or vehicle export sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Sound understanding of export procedures, shipping processes, and international trade documentation.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
