What You’ll Do

  • Creatively prospect into Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).
  • Develop territory and account plans to grow the Uber for Business pipeline and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen Uber's enterprise presence.
  • Continuously assess customers’ evolving needs and align them with Uber for Business’s value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce (SFDC), provide weekly forecasts, and participate in quarterly business reviews.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (prospecting, pitching, and closing).
  • Proven record of achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to Mid-Market or Enterprise clients (1,000+ employees or $500M+ revenue).
  • Strong ability to build and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.
  • Familiarity with a sales methodology or framework.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Established relationships within the KSA/UAE enterprise ecosystem.
  • Proven success delivering at least $1M ACV or equivalent new license/revenue in annual forecast.
  • Experience selling Anything-as-a-Service or consumption-based tech solutions across multiple verticals.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into the KSA government enterprise segment.
  • Existing relationships with CPOs, Travel Directors, or Transportation Managers in regional enterprises.
  • Experience selling travel or expense management solutions.
