IKAROS Experiences is looking for a Business Development Associate to support our B2B growth across events, arts, and culture. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is sharp, organized, and comfortable with outreach, writing, and follow-through
. You will work directly with leadership to turn opportunities into proposals, conversations, and signed contracts.

• Must be able to commute via metro line at minimum

• Research potential clients across government, corporate, and institutional sectors
• Prepare and customize proposals, pitch decks, and sales brochures
• Support marketing and sales materials aligned with the IKAROS brand
• Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities through to conversion

• Entry-level or early-career professionals interested in business development
• Strong written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Comfortable with outreach and client-facing communication
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Interest in events, culture, arts, or creative industries

• Base compensation (part-time)
• Commission on converted B2B contracts, linked directly to closed deals

• Direct exposure to cultural, institutional, and B2B projects
• Hands-on responsibility with real ownership
• Close collaboration with leadership
