The roleWe are hiring multiple Business Development Managers to support regional expansion. You will be responsible for selling SME loan and working capital solutions
, owning the sales cycle end-to-end, and working closely with internal credit and underwriting teams to close high-quality deals.
This role suits someone who has hands-on experience selling business loans or SME finance products and is comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
Key responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, and closing
- Actively prospect SMEs via calls, email, referrals, events, and partnerships
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently hit revenue targets
- Work closely with credit and underwriting teams to structure viable deals
- Guide SME clients through the funding process end-to-end
- Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and sales metrics using CRM tools
- Share client feedback and market insights with internal teams
- Proven experience in SME lending, business loans, or fintech sales (must-have)
- Background in banking, fintech, digital lending, or alternative finance
- Strong understanding of the UAE SME market
- Confident selling to business owners and decision-makers
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
- CRM experience (Hub Spot or similar preferred)
