Position: Sales Coordinator – Automotive Division (Junior Level)

Black Pearl is hiring a Sales Coordinator – Automotive Division (Junior Level) for a leading organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to support a dynamic sales team within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
  • Coordinate sales team schedules, appointments, and daily activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records in CRM and sales databases.
  • Monitor sales pipeline progress and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and basic issue resolution professionally.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Organize client meetings and ensure logistics are prepared.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin for travel, meetings, and related sales operations.
  • Follow up with sales team members on pending actions and reporting requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    Experience:

    5 years (2 years in Automotive sector preferred).
  • Experience in a similar role: 5 years.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
