Key Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with preparing proposals and presentations.
* Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM systems daily.
* Conduct initial qualification of leads and route them appropriately.
* Coordinate with customers to gather requirements and schedule meetings.
* Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless processes.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree
* 5+ years experience in sales coordination and operations support
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
