This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Presales Specialist will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide pre‑sales support, conduct customer consultations, and deliver tailored solutions. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, responding to customer inquiries, analyzing client requirements, and delivering product presentations. The role also involves assisting with demonstrations and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively
- Customer service focus with the ability to engage and build lasting relationships with clients
- Experience in presales processes, including preparing proposals and conducting product demonstrations
- Proficiency in technical knowledge related to security, automation, and access control systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
- Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred
