Property Oasis is hiring experienced Relationship Managers to drive property sales in Dubai.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on deal execution, client relationships, and consistent sales performance — with no people management responsibilities.
What you’ll do:- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
- Drive negotiations and client decision‑making
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers and investors
- Maintain a clean and reliable sales pipeline
- Proven closing experience in Dubai real estate
- Strong knowledge of off‑plan and/or secondary market sales
- Self‑driven, organised, and commercially focused
- Valid Dubai driving licence and own car (mandatory)
