This is a performance-driven sales role
, not a salaried desk job. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing property transactions, and building long-term investor relationships in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. Income is uncapped and directly tied to results.
If you need hand-holding, guaranteed pay, or fixed hours—this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities- Secondary Sales and leasing properties across Dubai
- Advise local and international clients on property investments
- Generate leads through portals, networking, referrals, and self-sourcing
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate deals and close transactions end-to-end
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and developer launches
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Access to Bayut, Property Finder & premium listings
- Advanced CRM system
- In-house marketing, videography & content teams
- Mentorship from senior leadership and top performers
- Up to 65% commission (new joiner incentives up to 70%)
