Sales Coordinator – Target-Driven Luxury Events; Commission Based
We are looking for a hungry, switched-on, proactive Sales Coordinator who knows how to convert leads, build relationships, and push deals across the line.
The Big Night Events is a high-end, creative event agency delivering ultra-luxury weddings, private celebrations, corporate launches and experiential events in Dubai. We also operate Wild Child Events, our high-energy children’s events brand.
We need someone who understands urgency, revenue targets, and follow-ups like their life depends on it.
Your core responsibilities -
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings
- Proactively generate outbound leads (corporate, private, venues, planners, etc.)
- Manage CRM, follow-ups, quotations, and client communication
- Sell across both brands:
- Luxury weddings, corporate and private events (The Big Night Events)
- Kids’ party packages (Wild Child Events)
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build venue and supplier relationships to increase referrals
- Negotiate confidently and close deals professionally
Office & Coordination Support
When sales pipeline is under control:
- Assist with event coordination tasks
- Support proposals, budgets and supplier communication
- Attend site visits and client meetings where required
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution team
What We're Looking For
- We are looking for someone who wants to earn, not just someone who wants a job
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales (events background strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident communicator (in person, on phone, and email)
- Fast responder — no lead should wait
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Understands luxury positioning and client psychology
- Self-starter who does not wait to be told what to do
- Based in Dubai
