Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Head of Business Development at Sky Links Capital Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, expanding into new markets, and leading the sales and partnership teams to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FX/CFD or broader financial trading industry, a solid understanding of financial markets, and a proven track record of scaling business growth internationally.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 – 10 years in FX/CFD or financial services industry
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) are a plus
  • Existing portfolio of clients and partners
  • Strong network of relationships within the FX/CFD sector (brokers, liquidity providers, IBs, and partners).
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company’s business development and growth strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the global business development and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (IBs, affiliates, institutional clients, and white labels).
  • Drive client acquisition and retention across retail and institutional segments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align business goals.
  • Track and report on business development performance and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
