We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to assist clients in establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, communication, and client relationship skills, with knowledge of UAE business setup procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions.
Explain Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation options.
Advise clients on trade licenses, visas, bank account opening, VAT, and related government procedures.
Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Coordinate with the operations and PRO team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Stay updated with UAE business regulations and market trends.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and networking events.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in UAE Business Setup Services, Corporate Services, Banking, or B2B Sales.
Experience in UAE company formation is an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and closing abilities.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Time management and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge Required
UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.
Trade license types and renewal procedures.
UAE visa processes (Investor, Employment, Dependent, Golden Visa basics).
MOHRE, ICP, and immigration procedures.
Corporate banking requirements.
VAT registration and basic corporate tax awareness.
Business setup documentation and compliance requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly sales target achievement.
Number of new clients acquired.
Conversion rate from inquiries to sales.
Revenue generated.
Client satisfaction and retention.
CRM updates and follow-up compliance.
Timely completion of assigned tasks.
