Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions.
- Explain Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation options.
- Advise clients on trade licenses, visas, bank account opening, VAT, and related government procedures.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the operations and PRO team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with UAE business regulations and market trends.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and networking events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in UAE Business Setup Services, Corporate Services, Banking, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in UAE company formation is an advantage.

- UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.
- Trade license types and renewal procedures.
- UAE visa processes (Investor, Employment, Dependent, Golden Visa basics).
- MOHRE, ICP, and immigration procedures.
- Corporate banking requirements.
- VAT registration and basic corporate tax awareness.
- Business setup documentation and compliance requirements.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Conversion rate from inquiries to sales.
- Revenue generated.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
- CRM updates and follow-up compliance.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks.
