We are looking for ambitious sales professionals who can build strong relationships with international clients and succeed in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
50%-70% commission structure Fresh daily leads and full marketing support Telesales and content support Company phone & SIM card Visa & health insurance Ongoing training and industry-leading tools Career growth opportunities & Millionaire Club Dubai-based candidates with proven UAE sales experience are strongly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
- European language skills preferred - French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and others
- UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Professional and target-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team
