About the Role
GC International is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai.
We are looking for an engineering graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in technical sales or industrial equipment sales. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable engineering solutions, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
- Prepare technical quotations, estimates, proposals, and tender responses.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with engineering and commercial teams to provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain customer follow up, track issues, and support problem resolution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity, forecast, and pipeline reports.
- Represent GC International at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical sales or industrial equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to learn technical product specifications quickly.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Experience in customer management and solution selling.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Experience with valves, pumps, instrumentation, mechanical equipment, or other industrial products.
- Familiarity with GCC industrial sectors and customer environments.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
