Junior Agronomist - Entry Level Position in Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Agronomist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This is an entry level position suitable for both freshers and experienced individuals looking to kickstart their career in the field of agriculture.

• Assist senior agronomists in conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, and providing recommendations for crop management.
• Work closely with farmers and other agricultural professionals to ensure the successful growth and production of crops.
• Collect and analyze data on soil conditions, plant growth, weather patterns, and pest infestations.
• Conduct experiments to improve crop yield and quality.
• Provide recommendations on fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation methods, and other farming practices.
• Monitor crop health and identify any potential issues or diseases.
• Collaborate with farmers to develop sustainable farming practices.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in agriculture technology and techniques.

• Bachelor s degree in Agriculture or related field
• Fluency in English (additional language skills preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with farmers and other professionals
• Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods of time
