The Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance will provide hands-on support to Dubai Holding Entertainment by leading enterprise risk management and compliance activities across all DHE assets. The role focuses on running risk workshops, conducting compliance reviews and investigations, and helping the business understand and meet its internal policy and external regulatory obligations. This is a delivery-focused role, working closely with senior leaders across the organisation.

• Leading enterprise risk management workshops across DHE assets and functions
• Running compliance reviews against internal policies, fraud controls, and relevant external laws
• Reviewing internal policies and regulations to identify key controls and compliance requirements
• Preparing clear checklists, assessing the business against them, and producing concise reports
• Investigating compliance breaches and supporting corrective actions
• Supporting the delivery of regular and ad-hoc risk and compliance reports
• Working closely with Asset General Managers and Heads of Department to explain risk and compliance issues in a practical, easy-to-understand way
• Providing weekly updates on progress against agreed reviews and workshops

• Strong hands-on experience running enterprise risk management frameworks and risk workshops
• Proven experience delivering compliance frameworks, including reviews and investigations
• Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, with the ability to explain complex risk and compliance topics in simple, practical terms
• Experience working in the GCC is essential
