Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid Dubai SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) Guard License.
- Minimum 2 years of proven security experience in the UAE, preferably in commercial towers or malls.
- Excellent English communication skills for access control and incident reporting.
- Monitor building access points, manage visitor logs, and ensure strict compliance with site security protocols.
- Conduct regular foot patrols across assigned zones to identify and report any safety hazards or suspicious activities.
- Respond immediately to fire alarms or emergency situations, guiding tenants to safe evacuation points.
- Competitive monthly salary aligned with SIRA standards (2,200 - 2,700 AED based on exact site deployment).
- Company-provided official camp accommodation, daily transportation, and medical insurance.
