CCTV Operator Monitoring

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor CCTV cameras from the control room to ensure safety and security across the premises.

Observe and report any unusual activity, risks, or incidents to the supervisor immediately without delay.

Handle sensitive security information with full confidentiality and responsibility.

Protect company assets by strictly following all security procedures and guidelines.

Maintain basic logs and records of daily monitoring activities for reporting and reference purposes.

Stay alert and attentive during assigned shifts to support overall security operations effectively.

Ensure proper and correct use of surveillance systems in line with company policies and standards.

Assist and coordinate with security staff when required to maintain smooth security coverage.

Respond quickly to alerts and support incident reporting when necessary.

Strong work ethics with honesty, integrity, and a responsible attitude.

Previous experience working with CCTV or surveillance systems is required.

Ability to remain focused, alert, and attentive during long monitoring shifts.

Basic observation and reporting skills with attention to detail.

Willingness to work in shifts and handle security responsibilities effectively.

Basic understanding of security procedures and emergency response will be an advantage.
