Guest Entry Management

• Supervise entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed access.
• Verify identification and adherence to legal age restrictions for entry.
• Check tickets or cover charges as applicable.
• Enforce dress codes and venue-specific guest policies.

• Oversee door staff including bouncers and ticket takers.
• Train new staff members on entry procedures, security protocols, and guest service standards.
• Assign tasks and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.

• Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to deter unwanted behavior and ensure guest safety.
• Handle difficult situations such as denying entry to intoxicated patrons or addressing confrontations.
• Coordinate with security personnel to manage crowd control and respond to emergencies.

• Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure VIP guests and regular patrons receive the highest level of service.

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including alcohol licensing laws and fire safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and any refusal of entry.
• Report any security issues or breaches to management promptly.

• Previous experience in security or hospitality, particularly in a nightlife environment.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent verbal communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically demanding situations.
• Understanding of local laws and regulations regarding nightlife venues.
