Saba 3 Tower
:
Residential Building with 36 floors consisting of 347 units and 14 retail shops.
Location:
Cluster Q, JLT.
Scope of Work
:
Provision of full and professional security services (Scope of services to be outlined in the AMC along with the KPIs).
Manpower Requirement
: 3 daytime security personnel, 2 nighttime security personnel.
PPM Frequency
: 12 hours, 7 days per week (manpower on Fridays and holidays to be agreed).
Contract Period
: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2029.
