Security Supervisor; Arabic Speaking at voco Palm

Your Day to Day

• Conduct site reviews, write audit/review reports, review findings, and make recommendations to line management and/or security coordinators.
• Monitor and evaluate unit performance on key security issues and programs, recommend corrective action programs where appropriate.
• Take charge of the following areas: CCTV Control, Key Controlling, Daily Patrolling, Log booking, Daily Safety Checklist, Parking Control, Entrances Control, Staff Searching, Locker Inspection, enforce rules and regulations, enforce hotel policies & procedures, control visitors and contractors, review and control hotel gate passes, build strong relations with regular authorities and government representatives.
• Establish and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure complete understanding of customer processes and enable delivery of viable security responses.
• Serve as staff support to security management and assist in investigations of significant threats and/or loss or misappropriation of assets.
• Perform incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents, provide advice and closure to all responsible functional management and supporting security management.
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned.

• 2 years related experience in same capacity.
• Relevant Safety & Security work experience.
• SIRA Security Supervisor certification.
• Arabic speaking.
• Hotel industry background is an advantage.
• A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate voco™ service standards.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
