Excavator Operator

We are a successful construction company based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials during construction projects. Your duties will include operating the excavator safely and efficiently, maintaining the equipment, and following all safety protocols.

• Operate the excavator safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols
• Use the excavator to dig trenches, load trucks, break up concrete, and perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor
• Inspect the equipment before each use to ensure it is in good working condition
• Perform routine maintenance on the excavator such as changing oil, filters, etc.
• Communicate effectively with other team members on site to coordinate tasks
• Keep track of materials moved by recording daily logs or trucking records
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Excavator Operator
• Must be familiar with various types of excavators and their functions
• Valid UAE driving license for heavy equipment
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and diagrams
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if required
