Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Carpenter you will play a crucial role in various construction projects throughout the city ensuring high quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

• Perform a wide range of carpentry work including framing finishing and custom woodworking
• Interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications to execute carpentry projects efficiently
• Utilize and maintain carpentry tools and equipment properly
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to coordinate work schedules and resolve issues
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on the job site
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of completed work
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of materials and supplies
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the construction team
• Adapt to changing project requirements and work in various weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding project status and any challenges

Qualifications :

• 35 years of experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
• Advanced carpentry skills and proficiency in various woodworking techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications
• Extensive knowledge of carpentry tools equipment and materials
• Strong problem solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry preferred
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g. OSHA)
• Thorough understanding of construction industry standards building codes and regulations
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work on different project sites within Dubai
• Valid UAE drivers license preferred
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Goal oriented and efficient work ethic
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
