MEP Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable MEP Technician to support maintenance operations for luxury retail stores in Beauvoir. The ideal candidate is versatile in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
, with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work discreetly and efficiently in high-end retail environments. You will ensure the proper functioning and safety of all technical installations and contribute to maintaining the boutique’s premium image.

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electrical networks, lighting systems, outlets, switches, and control panels.
• Replace defective components, upgrade lighting (including LED systems), and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support power supply needs for displays, visual merchandising, and store equipment.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, heating).
• Monitor mechanical installations, fans, motors, and air treatment units.
• Ensure comfort conditions in-store according to luxury retail standards.

• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, fixtures, and water supply/drainage systems.
• Assist with small plumbing installations, pipe repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Conduct routine inspections of all technical installations in luxury boutiques.
• Assist in coordination with external vendors and specialized contractors.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to ensure flawless store operations.

• Ensure all interventions comply with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and intervention reports.
