We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead and supervise carpentry works for bridge construction projects in the UAE. The candidate must have proven hands‑on experience in formwork, falsework, and shuttering activities specific to bridge structures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate carpentry and formwork activities for bridge construction works.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Ensure proper execution of formwork, shuttering, scaffolding, and related carpentry works.
- Manage carpentry crews, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Ensure works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades to meet project timelines.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Conduct daily site inspections and report progress to site management.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Carpenter Foreman.
- Mandatory experience in bridge construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems, shuttering, and structural concrete works for bridges.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures in the UAE.
