Scope of Work- Circulation Pump:
- Service the motor by replacing the defective bearings.
- If the motor condition is beyond economical repair, replace the motor or complete pump unit.
- Carry out testing and commissioning after rectification.
- Underwater Lights:
- Inspect underwater light fixtures, wiring, and transformers.
- Replace the five (5) defective underwater lights with approved waterproof‑rated fittings.
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation to prevent future water ingress.
