The Installation Supervisor - Mechanical plays a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the mechanical installation work on-site, ensuring that all procedures are implemented seamlessly and in compliance with operational standards. This position requires a thorough understanding of mechanical systems, the ability to manage a team of technicians, and ensuring projects are completed within timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality installation of mechanical components, troubleshooting issues during the installation process, and maintaining a safe work environment by following regulatory and company guidelines.

The on-site lead will liaise between engineers, project managers, and the crew to ensure installation projects are successful and client satisfaction is achieved.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the mechanical installation team.
• Review project plans and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Ensure installation processes comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Manage the timely delivery of all mechanical installation projects and tasks.
• Conduct regular safety checks and uphold a safe working environment.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers on project progression and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical installation issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive reports on installation activities and team performance.
• Allocate and schedule resources effectively to optimize productivity on site.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Ensure high quality in installation work to meet client and project specifications.
• Continuously evaluate installation procedures and implement process improvements as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical installations or a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in complex situations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with various project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to mechanical installation work.
