Site Foreman ALUMINUM

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman – Aluminum & Façade to supervise and manage on-site installation activities for aluminum and façade projects. The successful candidate will ensure that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills are essential for this role.

• Supervise daily aluminum and façade installation activities at site
• Ensure work execution in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and specifications
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of charge hands, fabricators, and installation teams
• Track manpower productivity and ensure optimal utilization of resources
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Managers to align site progress with project schedules
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, alignment, finishing, and compliance
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on site
• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues and elevate when required
• Maintain daily records of manpower, materials, and work progress
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to enhance workmanship and efficiency

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and façade projects within the UAE/GCC
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum doors & windows, and façade systems
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements
• Proven experience supervising site teams, including charge hands and laborers
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Good understanding of HSE regulations and safe work practices
• Willingness to work across multiple project sites in the UAE

SITE AND FACTORY RELEVANT EXPERIANCE
