Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Field Technician to support telecom network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities across client sites. The ideal candidate can work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Install, test, and maintain telecom equipment and cabling.
- Perform site visits for fault identification and rectification.
- Carry out fiber, copper, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper configuration and commissioning of telecom devices.
- Prepare service reports and update job status.
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and operations teams.
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field.
- 1–3 years of telecom field experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Knowledge of fiber optics and structured cabling.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Salary:

- Annual leave as per UAE labor law.
