Maintenance Helper: Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing

Provide service under the supervision of the shift engineer, and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, depending on grade level, for electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior paint and decorating problems.

Assist shift engineers, General Mech, Plumber, Carpentry, and other requirements.

Ability to maintain records and files on all mandatory systems, such as preventive maintenance, work requests, firefighting panel, and company truck.

Minimum 2 years technical trade school or previous similar work experience

Administration experience would be an advantage.
