🧭 What you'll do
As a Cadet Pilot, you will complete our Boeing 737 MAX training pathway and fly line operations under the supervision of experienced trainers while upholding the highest safety, customer service, and teamwork standards.
- Successfully complete company ground school and B737 MAX type rating, followed by supervised line training.
- Operate in full compliance with GCAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety management practices.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Arabic with crew, operations, and customers.
- Demonstrate customer focus, personal accountability, and a resilient, can‑do attitude across all phases of flight.
- Maintain a valid Class 1 medical and currency on all required qualifications.
- Total Time: 225 hours minimum (up to 1000 hours considered)
- Licences: CPL + IR + ME
- Open to Licence Holders: GCAA (UAE) or ICAO
- Language:
Fluent in English and Arabic; ELP Level 4 (or higher) - Medical:

Pass in GCAA Air‑Law exam (required before joining) - Education:
High School Diploma - Military Service:

You’ll receive a structured development program on the Boeing 737 MAX, including type rating and line training with experienced instructors, preparing you to operate safely and confidently within our procedures.
Note:
This pathway is for non‑type‑rated (NTR) pilots who meet the minimum licensing and hour requirements.
