We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for building innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that will be utilized by our internal teams and external clients. You will play a crucial role in driving our technological advancements and achieving our business goals.
Responsibilities- Design and develop software applications using cutting-edge technologies
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the software development team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the software development process
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to other team members
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development
- Strong experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C
- Experience with web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proficient in database design and SQL
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
