About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Frontend Developer for our client, Walking Tree, to join their innovative and growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Vue.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks, with a passion for building intuitive, high‑performing, and visually appealing web applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain responsive single‑page applications (SPAs) using Vue.js, React.js, and Next.js.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high‑quality JavaScript (ES6+) code.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver seamless, user‑friendly interfaces.
- Implement and manage CSS preprocessors such as LESS and SASS.
- Utilize UI frameworks like Bootstrap and Vuetify for efficient development.
- Apply object‑oriented programming, modular design, and software design patterns to frontend solutions.
- Work with Node.js for frontend integration and build processes.
- Use Docker for local development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.
- Implement localization and internationalization (i18n).
- Participate in code reviews, write documentation, and maintain code quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Vue.js and React.js (both required).
- Working knowledge of Next.js (highly desirable).
- Experience building large‑scale, responsive SPAs.
- Proficiency with CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS).
- Familiarity with Bootstrap, Vuetify, or other UI component libraries.
- Strong understanding of advanced JavaScript concepts (event loop, promises, data binding, etc.).
- Experience using Docker for development and deployment workflows.
- Solid understanding of localization and internationalization principles.
- Keen eye for UI/UX design and usability.
- Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
- Experience with Type Script and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Graph
