Role Overview
This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining research strategy, building and mentoring quant teams, and delivering a consistent pipeline of deployable alpha. The role is both strategic and hands‑on

- Define and execute the firm's quantitative research roadmap.
- Lead hands‑on strategy development using statistical, ML, and AI techniques.
- Build and manage high‑performing research teams.
- Partner closely with trading, risk, and engineering.
- Drive adoption of next‑generation compute and research tooling.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
- 8+ years in quantitative research with leadership exposure.
- Strong Python expertise; additional low‑latency languages a plus.
- Experience with large‑scale data, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML.
