Senior Full-Stack Developer; React​/Node

We’re looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer who is highly proficient with NextJS, Type Script, and modern web technologies. This role focuses heavily on rapid prototyping, fast iteration, and building production‑quality internal and external web applications. You will own the development of dashboards, admin panels, consumer‑facing interfaces, and experimental tools used across the company. You will also be responsible for taking product and AI‑driven concepts and turning them into working prototypes within days — not weeks — to validate ideas, improve user experience, and accelerate product development.

This is a role with high autonomy and high impact.

• Develop fast, scalable web applications using NextJS, React, and Type Script
• Rapidly prototype new ideas and product concepts to validate hypotheses
• Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and admin systems
• Build polished external‑facing features for the Etera platform
• Work closely with design and product teams to implement high‑quality, responsive UIs
• Integrate backend logic, APIs, and microservices to power frontend features
• Optimize performance, loading times, and user experience
• Implement modern development patterns including server components, SSR/SSG, edge functions, and API routes
• Work with Tailwind
  
  CSS and shared component systems to maintain high UI consistency
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability while iterating quickly
• Take ownership of features from ideation to deployment with minimal supervision
• Move fast — delivering features, improvements, and prototypes at high velocity

• 5+ years professional experience as a full‑stack or frontend engineer
• Deep expertise in NextJS (including App Router, Server Components, and modern React features)
• Expert‑level Type Script and strong understanding of type‑safe architectures
• Strong experience building both internal tools and user‑facing web apps
• Proficiency with React, Tailwind
  
  CSS, component systems, and reusable UI patterns
• Strong understanding of web performance, caching, SSR/SSG, and bundling
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas with minimal direction
• Experience integrating APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity engineering culture
• Strong proficiency with Git and team‑based workflows
• Strong attention to UI/UX details
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate (preferred)

• Experience with NextJS middleware, edge runtimes, or Vercel hosting
• Backend experience with NodeJS, Bun, or serverless functions
• Experience building design systems or working with Storybook
• Familiarity with AI‑driven products or integrating LLM features
• Experience in rapid‑ex‑perimentation environments or startup prototyping culture

• Own and shape the Frontend of a category‑defining AI product
• Work on a complex, real‑world Web Application that blends data, AI, and product logic
