Overview
Core Skills We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
Strong hands-on experience in Xamarin Forms / Xamarin Native with proven migration to .NET MAUI
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end migration of existing Xamarin applications to .NET MAUI, ensuring performance, stability, and feature parity
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) using .NET MAUI
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend teams, and business stakeholders to deliver mobile solutions
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and UI responsiveness
- Implement Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Storage, Analytics, and Crashlytics
- Ensure secure data exchange, encryption, and compliance with enterprise and government standards
- Experience developing, deploying, and publishing apps to App Store and Google Play Store
- Support CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release management
- Perform code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and enforce best coding practices
- Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT, and secure authentication mechanisms
- Experience integrating mobile apps with .NET Core / ASP.NET Web APIs
- Hands-on experience with UI technologies and mobile architecture (C#, XAML, MVVM)
- Experience with security and compliance in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in C#,
XAML
, MVVM
, and mobile application architecture - Experience in large-scale enterprise or mission-critical production environments
- Experience with government, education, or large enterprise systems is a plus
- Exposure to Azure
, Oracle environments, and enterprise CI/CD tools - Experience with identity systems / SSO (UAE PASS or similar)
- Hands-on experience with application performance monitoring & analytics
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
