As an Engineering Manager at TPConnects, you will lead and inspire a team of talented engineers to build innovative SaaS and cloud-based solutions for the airline and travel industry. Leveraging your extensive experience in software development and leadership, you will drive technical projects, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products aligned with industry standards such as IATA's New Distribution Capability (NDC).

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
• Drive the technical direction, architecture, and implementation of projects aligned with IATA standards such as NDC, ARM, One-Order, and IFG.
• Work closely with product management, design, and sales teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Implement coding, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing guidance and innovative solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectively.
• Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies, including experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and web services.

• Experience in the airline or travel industry with knowledge of distribution, pricing, sales, and servicing.
• Understanding of IATA's New Distribution Capability (NDC) and other relevant standards.

• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
