Senior iOS Developer
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior iOS Developer with 7–10 years of experience who is deeply skilled in iOS development and genuinely excited about reshaping how humans connect, and providing a live-streaming platform for immersive experiences and entertainment.
You’ll work closely with the Founder and a team of 30 people to build and scale a next-generation social networking & live streaming platform
, with a strong focus on AI-driven experiences
. This is a high-ownership role for someone who cares about craft, performance, and building products that matter.
The role is remote-friendly
, with flexibility to work remotely for now. You’ll collaborate closely with the team and be expected to meet in person in Dubai for key meetings when required.
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance iOS applications
- Own iOS architecture, performance, and scalability
- Work closely with product, backend, and design teams
- Build and optimize real-time and live streaming features
- Implement modern UI/UX with attention to detail and polish
- Lead technical decisions and mentor other developers when needed
- Continuously improve code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines
- 7–10 years of professional iOS development experience
- Strong expertise in Native:
Swift and Swift
UI with Xcode - Experience with real-time systems
, live streaming
, or media-heavy apps - Deep understanding of iOS performance, memory management, and app lifecycle
- Experience integrating APIs, SDKs, and backend services
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- A proven portfolio of iOS apps you’ve built or scaled
- App Store links or companies/products you’ve worked on
- Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding practices
- Passion for building products that change how people connect
