  • Responsible for the architectural design and core code development of the exchange's affiliate (agent) system.

• Clearing & Settlement Logic / 清结算逻辑实现
  • Lead the research and development of the commission clearing and settlement engine.
  • Handle fund flows from trade streams to commission accounts, ensuring zero-error calculations under high-concurrency conditions.
  • 主导返佣清结算引擎的研发，处理从交易流到返佣账户的资金流转，确保高并发下的资金计算准确无误（0误差）。
• High-Performance Message Processing / 高性能消息处理
  • Utilize Pulsar or Kafka to process massive trading order streams.
  • Design efficient asynchronous clearing and reconciliation mechanisms to guarantee real-time performance and data consistency for commissions.
  • 利用 Pulsar 或 Kafka 处理海量交易订单流，设计高效的异步清算与对账机制，保障返佣的实时性与一致性。
• Data Consistency & Optimization / 数据一致性与系统优化
  • Resolve data consistency issues in distributed environments and optimize database transactions to prevent concurrent fund conflicts.
  • Monitor system performance, optimize API response speeds within the Gin framework, and maintain technical documentation.
  • 解决分布式环境下的数据一致性问题，优化数据库事务处理，防止资金并发冲突；持续监控系统性能，优化 Gin 框架下的 API 响应速度。

• Education & Experience / 教育与经验
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of Golang development experience, with deep mastery of Go core features (go routines, channels, GC, etc.).
