Hiring one of our Leading Digital Firm in Dubai.
An iOS Developer for a B2C (business-to-consumer) firm is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications for iOS devices, specifically focusing on user-facing applications that directly interact with consumers. This role requires a blend of technical skills, including proficiency in Swift or Objective-C, understanding of iOS frameworks like UIKit, and experience with Xcode and Git. Additionally, strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development:
Designing, building, and maintaining iOS applications for various Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads.
User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX):
Creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with Apple's design principles and provide a positive user experience.
System Integration:
Integrating applications with backend services, including APIs and cloud storage, to ensure seamless functionality.
Code Quality:
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and contributing to a maintainable codebase.
Testing and Debugging:
Identifying and resolving bugs, ensuring the application functions correctly and performs optimally.
Working closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define features, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality applications.
Staying Updated:
Keeping up-to-date with the latest iOS SDK updates, new technologies, and best practices in iOS development.
Agile Development:
Participating in agile development methodologies, including sprints, code reviews, and continuous integration.
QualificationsLanguages:
Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C.
Strong understanding of iOS frameworks like UIKit, Swift
UI, and Combine.
Experience using Xcode for development and Git for version control.
Knowledge of how to integrate with and consume data from RESTful APIs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
